Our team is growing, and we are looking for a dynamic Executive Assistant. We are an active Chamber with over 275 members. We work hard to support our members and offer events and education opportunities.
Objectives of this role
- Support the Executive Director primarily and provide additional support as directed, to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished
- Maintain and refine internal processes
- Plan and orchestrate work to ensure priorities are met
Responsibilities
- Maintain and refine internal processes
- Manage scheduling for Executive Director and board, including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, Social media
- Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management
- Provide administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, faxing, and maintenance of filing system and contacts database
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials
- Organize communications and plan events, both internal and off-site
- Maintaining and updating website
Required skills and qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Experience in an administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges
Pay $21-23 an hr based on experience
30-40 hours a week
